First of all, the number 7:22 is curious; it is associated with many things in history, most recently the Oslo Bombing of Norway, or "Norway's 9/11"; and also, the younger Tsarnaev's birthday, which is July 22, 1993.

• Norway is one of eight "33" named countries in the world
• Norway = 5+6+9+5+1+7 = 33
• The Prime Minister of Norway is Solberg
• Solberg = 1+6+3+2+5+9+7 = 33
• 7/22/1993 = 7+2+2+1+9+9+3 = 33

In the 7:22 skit segment, Robin Williams starts with equating Genesis and Big Bang; which Robin Williams the name has much in common with as well.

• Genesis = 7+5+5+5+1+9+1 = 33
• Big Bang = 2+9+7+2+1+5+7 = 33

The name Robin Williams, as it happens, has much in common with The Bible, which is 66-Book in length, and begins with Genesis.
